A fantastic Half day experience, that begins with introduction of the useful plants (Roots Foods), spice, vegetable and fruits. Through the local of the Village, you will dive in the middle of Swahili Kitchen, get to know the right recipes, practice and taste.

Tastes: Zanzibar is the island of spices; many things contains from 1 to 5 spices. Most of Spices uses are: Ginger, Curry, Black Pepper, Hot pepper, Cardamoms and cinnamon.
